After watching the RV industry rapidly grow over the past 7 years, he witnessed first hand that the service and parts departments at dealerships could no longer keep up with the demand. In order to schedule a service or repair, you would have to wait up to 4 months for an appointment, drop your coach off, wait for parts, and return to pick up your vehicle, which was not only inconvenient but time-consuming. He decided to create an efficient, professional mobile RV service that would provide quality work to RV owners, without ever leaving the comfort of their RV or transporting it to a dealership to wait months for repairs. Express Tech was built to be worthy of the major investment RV owners have made in their vehicles. Since customer service is our priority, we offer a 24/7 dispatching service, convenient scheduling options with multiple new service trucks and certified technicians. Our technicians are professionals arriving in uniforms with the equipment and sufficient amount of supplies on board to accommodate most frequently requested repairs. If parts are required to be ordered, it will be done immediately while on-premise so you will know the status and estimated arrival time. Our rates are very reasonable and lower than most dealerships.
